- Fountain visible from dusk
Jetting Red Sea water 312 metres into the air, King Fahd Fountain is the tallest fountain in the world and Jeddah's defining landmark. It is best viewed from the Corniche at sunset, when the plume is floodlit against the sea.
The Corniche itself stretches for kilometres β rent bikes, stop at the open-air sculpture museum, and finish with grilled fish at a waterfront restaurant.
